1 Introduction

Multiple registrations by the same person — whether under the same or different personal information — constitute "multi-accounting" and are prohibited. dk168 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances and bonuses.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions. dk168 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location. dk168 reserves the right to refuse service to any person located in a restricted territory.

2.6 Identity Verification (KYC). dk168 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 3 Account Management

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dk168 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 on dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be permanently closed.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your dk168 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed. Account closure does not waive any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dk168 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency networks. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the dk168 cashier and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to fully verified (KYC-complete) dk168 accounts. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed.

5.2 Processing Timelines. dk168 targets a withdrawal processing time of fewer than ten (10) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; exceptional circumstances, regulatory reviews, or technical issues may extend processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. dk168 applies an anti-money-laundering policy of returning funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Requests to withdraw to an alternative payment method may require additional verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees. dk168 does not charge player-side withdrawal fees. Third-party payment processors may apply receiving charges that are outside dk168's control.

5.5 Withdrawal Review. dk168 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence reviews on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual betting patterns. 5.6 Bonus-Related Restrictions. Funds credited as bonus amounts, and winnings generated from bonus funds, are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dk168 are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. 7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules. All games available on dk168 are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed in the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Bets placed incorrectly due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules are not refundable.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. dk168 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to available technical and operational capacity. A bet is not confirmed until dk168 has issued a bet confirmation reference number.

7.5 Obvious Pricing Errors. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity at any stage.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by dk168. dk168 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, chargebacks, multi-accounting, or activity that dk168 believes may expose it to regulatory or legal risk.

13.2 Termination by dk168. dk168 may permanently close your account and terminate this Agreement upon: confirmed breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, confirmed underage gambling, or receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement direction.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, dk168 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and retain any balance in the account as a set-off against losses, damages, or regulatory penalties incurred by dk168 as a result of your breach. Where termination is not due to your breach, all legitimate, verifiable account balances will be returned to you via your original payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification or review process.

14 Disputes & Complaints

14.1 Internal Complaints Process.
